This Shipping Policy applies to all orders delivered within the United States. We aim to provide a smooth, transparent and reliable delivery experience for all customers.

1. Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. There are no additional or hidden fees at checkout.

2. Processing & Delivery Time Processing Time: 1–2 business days. Estimated Delivery Time: 4–6 business days after dispatch. Order Cut-off Time: 12:00 PM.

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on carrier volume and local delivery conditions, but most orders arrive within the timeframe above.

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery Partners We work with trusted logistics partners who provide end-to-end tracked delivery to the U.S.

4. Address Changes If you need to update your delivery address, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. After dispatch, address changes are no longer possible.

5. Order Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. Once the order has been processed, cancellations are no longer possible. If you wish to return an item after delivery, please see our Refund Policy.

6. Delayed or Damaged Deliveries If your parcel arrives damaged or delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.
