RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer service team after contacting us.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cover the costs if the item was damaged during shipping.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items). Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
RETURN METHOD
Shipments must always be returned by mail.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Return-to-Sender
If a package is deliberately not accepted by the customer and therefore returned to our warehouse or the sorting center, and cannot be redelivered, a refund may be issued. In such cases, we reserve the right to withhold 15% of the total order amount to cover return handling and processing costs.
