Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

All shipping fees are charged in USD.
SHIPPING DETAILS
Currently, we only ship within USA. Every order is shipped via express delivery, ensuring fast, secure, and fully insured shipping. From the time you place your order until the package arrives at your address, it usually takes between 6 and 13 business days.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
We sincerely apologize if you receive a damaged or incorrect item. If this happens, please take clear photos of the issue and contact us as soon as possible.

ORDER CANCELLATION

DELIVERY DELAYS
During peak periods (e.g., holidays), deliveries may be delayed. If your order has not arrived within three additional business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team.
ORDER PROCESSING & CUT-OFF TIME

Orders placed before 5:00 PM CET/CEST on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
